These terms govern access to ClawHost and its managed hosting services.
Service Scope
The platform provisions and manages hosted OpenClaw environments, billing, and related account tooling. Service availability depends on upstream infrastructure and payment providers.
Acceptable Use
You must not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse, malware distribution, credential theft, spam, or actions that disrupt other users or upstream providers.
Billing
Paid plans renew according to the selected billing cycle unless cancelled. Taxes, gateway fees, and provider pricing changes may affect future charges where applicable.
Suspension and Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for payment failure, abuse, or violations of these terms. Backups and retained data may be removed after termination.
